    Greenville Gardens consists of four blocks of 12-24 storeys with a total of 315 units. Block A was completed in 1974. Block B was completed in 1975 and blocks C&D in 1980. Ranging from 1200sf - 1462 sf saleable. The total units in the development are 315. It is located at the beginning of Shiu Fai Terrace, just off Stubbs Road and the larger apartments are north facing with unobstructed views over Happy Valley racecourse and the city.     Mid Levels East (near Causeway Bay, including Jardine's Lookout and Mount Butler) is a mountain and a residential area on the Hong Kong Island. It is located Southeast of the Wan Chai district and South of the Tai Hang area, at an altitude of about 433 metres. Nearby hills include Mount Nicholson, Violet Hill and Mount Butler etc.

    Due to its scenic view and low population density, it has been considered an upper-class neighborhood in Hong Kong. It is also known as the Mid-Levels East. The area is a localized gated community with large detached houses in private lots and more moderate townhouses. Low-rise and high-rise apartments make up the rest of the community. There are about ten thousand residents.This community is conveniently linked with public transportation and well-equipped with facilities.

    Aside from the panoramic view of Victoria Harbour or the rest of the city or both, it is also close to Central and Admiralty, which are both significant business areas, thus providing easy and convenient access for the business people. An added attraction of the Mid-Levels East is its close proximity to nature and comparatively better air quality than many parts of the Hong Kong Island. Many wealthy people in Hong Kong are willing to pay higher residential property price for a residence that is away from pollution and yet remain so close to the centre of the city.

    It is only a 10-minute drive to Central and 5 to Causeway Bay, where the Cross Harbor Tunnel is located, making travel to the Kowloon side easy.
