二手氣氛不俗，有投資者沽售手頭物業，羅沙證券DA ROSA家族近日以3900萬，沽出薄扶林貝沙灣豪宅單位。土地註冊處資料顯示，貝沙灣2期7座低層B室，以3900萬成交。原業主為羅沙證券有限公司 （ROSA INVESTMENTS LIMITED），董事為DA ROSA家族人士，於2012年以2000萬買入，持貨約9年轉手帳面賺約1900萬，升值約95%。資料顯示，單位約1376方呎，呎價約28343元。
