山頂屋地價值高,消息指,長實 (01113) 持有的山頂甘道屋地,以約7億元沽出,樓面呎價高見約11.8萬元。
市場人士透露,山頂甘道38號屋地易手。據了解,該屋地由長實持有,翻查公司註冊處紀錄,該物業由一間公司持有,而董事包括長實集團高層周偉淦、趙國雄等,惟資料顯示,相關人士已於本年7月辭任董事,而新董事為陳德豪(CHAN Tak Ho),註冊地址為將軍澳,意味該項目以公司股份轉讓形式易手。本報就有關消息向長實查詢,暫未獲回覆。傳統豪宅地段 成交較少
