新地代理副總經理唐錦江表示，KENNDEY38的售樓書已上載至網站，整個項目提供341伙單位，實用面積由229至456平方呎，戶型以開放式、1房及2房為主。同時另設平台及天台特色單位，實用面積207至1,000平方呎。
另外，下星期將會開放示範單位，特色戶將以招標形式發售，其他標準型單位以價單形式發售，有望在十一月推售。
根據KENNDEY 38樓書顯示，KENNDEY 38為單幢式住宅大樓， 提供341個住宅單位，標準分層單位實用面積由229至456平方呎，主打實用面積287至332平方呎的1房，涉及200伙。至於開放式佔100伙，實用面積229至264平方呎。項目另設16伙特色單位，實用面積207至1,000平方呎。最細單位見於2樓G室，實用面積207平方呎，開放式間隔，外連39平方呎平台。
