有名人趁樓市氣氛轉旺沽貨，根據土地註冊處資料，跑馬地禮頓山8座高層B室，實用面積1240平方呎，最新連1個車位以6500萬元成交，呎價約52419元，料創項目分層單位新高紀錄。
原業主為TWELVE PLUS FOUR LIMITED，而公司董事是呂淑琪（LU SUK KI KATHERINE）及阮呂淑君（YUEN LU SUK KWAN），與呂明才家族成員的姓名相同。兩人於2000年以透過公司名義1571.37萬元購入上址，持貨約21年，目前轉手帳面賺約4928.63萬元，物業升值約3倍。
值得一提的是，呂明才的家族成員近期活躍於物業市場，當中阮呂淑君近月以約4300萬元，購入黃竹坑站港島南岸第1期晉環一個4房特色單位。
