貝沙灣2房戶1450萬沽 6年升值3成多
Bel-Air's 2-bedroom households sold $14.5 million and appreciated by more than 30% in 6 years

貝沙灣4期9座低層B室新近沽出，單位實用面積約649平方呎，為2房間隔，外望山海雙景，日前以1,450萬沽出，實用呎價約22,342元。據悉，原業主於2015年5月，以1,090萬購入上述單位，持貨約6年，現轉手帳面升值約360萬，期內升值約33%。 貝沙灣現時大約有276個單位放售，最低入場價約1,200萬。

Flat B on the lower floor of Block 9 of Phase 4 of Bel-Air has been recently sold. The unit has a saleable area of about 649 square feet with a two-bedroom partition and a view of the mountains and the sea. It is reported that the original owner purchased the above-mentioned unit in May 2015 for 10.9 million and held the goods for about 6 years. The book value of the transfer is now about 3.6 million, and the value of the unit has increased by about 33% during the period. There are currently about 276 units on sale in Bel-Air, with a minimum entry price of about 12 million.
