由海航集團聯合創始人、董事局主席陳峰相關人士持有的山頂TWELVE PEAKS雙號洋房，市場指，該大屋目前以5.1億放售，可透過公司股權轉讓形式出售。
該大屋樓高3層，面積4241方呎，採用4房4套連書房間隔，附設2542方呎花園及泳池，以及830方呎天台及按摩池，早於19年開價5.5億放售，但乏人問津，目前減價至5.1億放售，呎價逾12萬。
據土地註冊處資料顯示，上址由領跑香港投資有限公司（FORTUNE RUNNER HONG KONG INVESTMENTS LIMITED）於15年2月以逾5.06億買入，其中一名公司董事為陳超（CHEN, CHAO），與陳峰的侄子同名，料為同一人，陳超現為海航集團副總裁。另外，業主一手購入物業後，曾先後作三次按揭。
