It is believed that "Da Lau" Lau Luen-hung is the real owner of the unit.
    The regional agent pointed out that there are not many second-hand houses on the Peak, and there is no second-hand listing in Gough Hill Path in the past 10 years, so it is difficult to compare the current real market prices.
