市場消息指，她於9月底以1.6億港元沽「嘉慧園」高層C室四房單位，實用面積為3,335呎連車位，呎價約47,976港元。而登記買家料為惠理集團高級投資董事洪若甄，以首置名義入市，支付樓價4.25%印花稅涉680萬元。
據悉，顧紀筠於2011年以8,000萬元購入上述「嘉慧園」單位，物業10年升值一倍，即過去逾10年帳面勁賺8000萬元。另外，顧氏並非首次沽樓賺錢，於2010年以1888萬元，沽出元朗葡萄園雙號屋，持貨三年帳面賺265萬元，升值16.3%。

According to market news, at the end of September, she sold a four-bedroom unit with a saleable area of 3,335 square feet with parking space at a high-level C-bedroom unit of "Grenville House" for 160 million Hong Kong dollars. The price is about 47,976 Hong Kong dollars per square foot. The registered buyer is expected to be HUNG Yeuk Yan Renee, Senior Investment Director of Value Partners Group, who entered the market in the name of first home buyer and paid 4.25% of the property price, involving $6.8 million in stamp duty.
It is reported that Priscilla Koo Kei Kwan bought the above-mentioned "Grenville House" unit in 2011 for $80 million, and the property has doubled in value in 10 years, which means that the book has earned $80 million in the past 10 years. In addition, it is not the first time that Koo made money by selling a property. In 2010, he sold the Yuen Long Vineyard Double House for $18.88 million, earning $2.65 million in book value after holding the goods for three years, an appreciation of 16.3%.
