23 Po Shan Road project to be launched next year
由泛海國際、德祥地產,以及資本策略合作發展的寶珊道23號項目,將共提供16伙分層豪宅,每戶面積達3000至7000方呎。泛海關堡林指,由於項目坐落傳統豪宅地段,因此銳意打造大單位,以滿足豪宅市場需求。項目預計明年年初取得入伙紙,取得人伙紙後再進行內部裝修,包括外圍綠化及車位裝潢等,待外牆執修完成後,才正式推出市場
The No. 23 Po Shan Road project, developed by Asia Standard International, ITC Properties and CSI Properties , will provide a total of 16 multi-level luxury homes, each with an area of 3,000 to 7,000 square feet. Mr Kwan of Asia Standard International pointed out that because the project is located in a traditional luxury residential area, it is determined to build large units to meet the demand of the luxury residential market. The project is expected to obtain the occupation permit early next year. After obtaining the occupation permit, the interior decoration will be carried out, including the external greening and parking space decoration. After the exterior wall repair is completed, the market will be officially launched.
