今年以來住宅註冊錄6.4萬宗
64,000 residential registrations have been recorded this year

綜合土地註冊處資料顯示，今年初至今，一手私樓及二手住宅註冊量共錄64114宗，較去年全年62292宗高出約2.9%；金額更已達至約6167億，較去年全年更高出約12.1%，為97年後首度重上逾6000億。一手私樓方面，綜合土地註冊處資料顯示，目前暫錄13630宗，雖然較去年全年仍低約11.4%，但一手私樓註冊金額已錄約1847億，則較去年全年高出約7.1%。
據土地註冊處資料，今年首9個月計，十大屋苑合共錄3442宗註冊，較去年同期的2587宗增加約33%，創近9年同期新高。
