寶翠園高層三房 業主賺2050萬離場

堅尼地城寶翠園5座極高層H室的二手成交，實用面積約1114方呎，建築面積約1408方呎，採用三房套連工人套間隔，望向全海景。單位於今年四月開始放盤，現以3450萬元獲承接，折合實用面積呎價約30969元，折合建築面積呎價約24503元。
據悉，原業主於2009年4月，以1400萬元購入上述單位，持貨約12年，現轉手帳面獲利約2050萬元，物業升值約1.5倍。
