EPRC經濟地產庫顯示，香港藝人孫慧雪丈夫羅天彥以約1145.5萬買入港鐵黃竹坑站上蓋港島南岸第2期揚海2B座低層D室，實用面積334平方呎，呎價約34281元。
根據土地註處資料顯示，2A座低層C室，實用面積850平方呎，近日以2753.8萬元成交，呎價約32397.6元，屬於3房間隔，登記買家為新世界主席鄭家純妻子葉美卿（IP MEI HING KATHERINE），葉美卿斥約4500萬元，購入2伙。另外一伙為1B座中層E室，實用面積523平方呎，屬於2房間隔，成交價1580.4萬元。
EPRC經濟地產庫顯示，港鐵黃竹坑站上蓋港島南岸第2期揚海第1A座中層D室，實用面積751平方呎，近日以約2543.9萬元成交，呎價約33873.5元，單位新登記業主為莫耀強及余佩貞，其中莫耀強為標準流浪會長。
據了解，莫耀強是標準錶針及配件廠有限公司主席，是一名成功企業家。多年來投資持有不少物業，包括包括西半山懿峰、聚賢居及銅鑼灣尚巒等。
