新地第三代郭曉姸5.05億買南區豪宅 呎價11萬元

土地註冊處資料顯示，南區豪宅香島道33號單號洋房，實用面積4597平方呎，外連約2600平方呎花園，上月以5.05億元沽出，實用呎價約11萬元。據代理透露，單位原以6億元放售，即最終大減9500萬元出售。
資料顯示，新買家是郭曉姸（KWOK HEW YIN NOELLE），與新地前聯席主席郭炳江的女兒的姓名相同，預計為同一人。
原業主於2011年以3億元購入上址，持貨約10年，目前轉手帳面獲利約2.05億元，物業升值約68%。
值得一提的是，上述單位的對上兩手業主，是人稱「體操王子」、中國體育品牌李寧的創辦人及主席李寧。他早於2006年斥資1.5億元買入單位，當時轉手帳面賺1.5億元。
