福臨門「五哥」中半山豪宅1.03億易手

市場消息透露，上述成交為嘉富麗苑1座中層A室，為銀主盤，以約1.03億元賣出，單位實用面積2,348平方呎，四房間隔，呎價約43,867元。單位早前銀主叫價約1.1億元。
翻查資料，上述單位由福臨門酒家「五哥」徐沛鈞（CHUI PUI KUN）持有，徐沛鈞早於1993年以1,530.8萬元買入上址，即持貨約二十八年，是次易手帳面升值約8,769萬元或約5.7倍。
