揚海累沽逾455伙
La Marina has sold more than 455 units

由嘉里、信和及港鐵合作發展的黃竹坑揚海，屬近期一手市場焦點，嘉里發展香港區總經理湯耀宗稱，目前已沽逾455伙，套現逾100億，其中，已推出發售的3房及4房戶型，目前經已沽清，由於其大單位供應量較少，而且擁海景景致，較為罕有，故此吸引自用客，甚至家庭客選購，至於項目已沽出的單位中，用家及投資者比例相若。
湯氏再指，項目除尚餘60多伙待售單位外，亦有約80伙為尚未推出的優質戶，包括中高層大戶、另設花園的特色戶，甚至相連單位及複式戶等，目前會根據市況作下一波部署，期望成交價可挑戰區內新高。

Tang pointed out that in addition to the remaining 60 units of units for sale in the project, there are also about 80 units of high-quality households that have not yet been launched. According to the market conditions, the next wave of deployment is expected, and the transaction price is expected to challenge the new high in the region.
