深水灣道6號兩幢獨立屋22億沽
Two detached houses at No. 6 Deep Water Bay Road sold for HK$2.2 billion.
太古地產(1972)宣布,旗下超級豪宅項目「深水灣道6號」兩幢獨立屋以22億元售出,呎價14.7萬元,為近年香港豪宅市場最高成交價之一,有關交易預計於明年第一季完成。
位於深水灣的深水灣道6號由兩幢獨立屋組成,每幢獨立屋樓高三層,實用面積分別約為9,600和5,300方呎,提供四至五間套房、戶外空間、私人泳池、園林,以及環繞式玻璃幕牆,可享南區海景。
Swire Properties (1972) announced that two detached houses in its ultra-luxury residential project, "No. 6 Deep Water Bay Road," were sold for HK$2.2 billion, at a price of HK$147,000 per square foot. This is one of the highest transaction prices in Hong Kong's luxury residential market in recent years. The transaction is expected to be completed in the first quarter of next year.
No. 6 Deep Water Bay Road, located in Deep Water Bay, consists of two detached houses, each three stories high, with usable areas of approximately 9,600 and 5,300 square feet respectively. Each house offers four to five suites, outdoor space, a private swimming pool, gardens, and a wraparound glass curtain wall offering views of the Southern Harbour.
