英皇國際、及資本策略合作發展的壽臣山洋房項目壽臣山15號昨日以5.7895億沽出6號洋房，呎價為60623元，是次成交價創港島南區今年以來新高。

Super luxury homes are in high demand, with the market recording another record-breaking price for a new luxury development. Unit 6 of Shouson Hill 15, a residential project in Shouson Hill in Hong Kong's Southern District, a joint venture between Emperor International, CC Land Holdings, sold for HK$578.95 million yesterday, or HK$60,623 per square foot. This sale price marks a new high for the Southern District this year.
