【名人入市】薛芷倫1773萬買揚海！仲有咩名人都買左?
[Celebrities entering the market] Fanny Sieh bought La Marina for $17.73 million.
港鐵黃竹坑站上蓋新盤港島南岸第2期揚海位處傳統豪宅區，吸引不少城中名人入市；項目名人買家身份陸續曝光，當中包括薛芷倫、葉美卿、李惠貞、鄧靄庭、田慶先等等。
EPRC經濟地產庫顯示，女藝人薛芷倫，以原名薛安儷，以1,773萬元買入2B座中層E單位，實用面積553平方呎，呎價約32,061元；另外，新世界（00017）主席鄭家純妻子葉美卿，以1,564.8萬元，買入1B座中層E單位，實用面積523平方呎，呎價約29,920元。
其餘曝光買家包括，百老滙電器李氏家族成員李惠貞，連環入市兩個同層高層單位，合共涉約6,724.2萬元；而百老滙電器家族相人士鄧靄庭則以1,783萬購入另一個單位，換言之百老滙電器家族成員共以8,507.9萬元購入3伙。至於田慶先則為企業家田家炳長子，他以1,543.6萬元，買入1B座中高層D室，實用面積481平方呎，呎價約32,091元。
Phase 2 La Marina is located in the traditional luxury residential area, the MTR Wong Chuk Hang Station on the south coast, attracting many celebrities in the city to enter the market; the identity of the celebrity buyers of the project has been exposed one after another, including Fanny Sieh, Ip Mei Hing Katherine, Li Huizhen, Deng Aiting, Tian Qingxian, etc. According to the EPRC Economic Real Estate Database, female artist Fanny Sieh, under the original name Xue Anli, bought the middle floor E unit of Block 2B for $17.73 million, with a saleable area of 553 square feet and a price of about $32,061 per square foot. In addition, the wife of New World (00017) Chairman Henry Cheng Kar-shun,Ip Mei Hing Katherine, purchased the middle floor E unit of Block 1B with a saleable area of 523 square feet and a price of about $29,920 per square foot for $15.648 million.
The remaining exposed buyers include Li Huizhen (transliteration), a member of the Lee family of Broadway Appliances, who entered the market in two high-level units at the same level, involving a total of about $67.242 million; and Deng Aiting (transliteration), a member of the Broadway Appliances family, bought another unit for $17.83 million, in other words Members of the Broadway Electrical Appliances family bought 3 units for a total of $85.079 million.
As for Tian Qingxian (transliteration), the eldest son of entrepreneur Tian Jiabing, he bought the middle and high-rise room D of Block 1B for $15.436 million, with a saleable area of 481 square feet and a price of approximately $32,091 per square foot.
