薄扶林新盤｜碧麗軒1號洋房逾1.58億招標售出 全盤僅餘3伙待售

據悉，買家為內地用家，鍾情其位處薄扶林，且洋房前臨遼闊海景，亦有見項目僅餘少量洋房可售，故與家人參觀項目後於短時間內決定購入上述單位。
由年初撤辣後至今，「碧麗軒」共錄得8宗大額成交，套現逾6.56億元。目前全盤僅餘3伙待售。
