    帝景園連錄2宗成交 高層戶逾1.1億易手
    Dynasty Court recorded 2 transactions in a row, with high-rise units changing hands for more than $110 million

    由新地發展的中半山帝景園,接連推出單位拆售,新近連錄兩宗成交,包括2座22樓A室,以及23樓A室,屬4房樓王單位,實用面積分別為2,141平方呎,以及2,153平方呎,享開揚景觀及維港海景。單位分別以1.175億元及1.1818億元成交,呎價約54,881及54,891元。據了解,其中一位買家為帝景園租客,鍾情屋苑環境舒適,地理位置優越,見單位罕有放盤,立即由租轉買。
    項目拆售至今累沽6伙,帝景園由5座組成,提供408伙,早於1991年落成,樓齡近32年,新地過去一直保留2及3座作收租用途。而該屋苑過去至今備受不少城中富豪追棒,例如東亞銀行(00023)執行主席李國寶、富商劉鑾雄、莎莎(00178)主席郭少明等。
