帝景園連錄2宗成交 高層戶逾1.1億易手
Dynasty Court recorded 2 transactions in a row, with high-rise units changing hands for more than $110 million

由新地發展的中半山帝景園，接連推出單位拆售，新近連錄兩宗成交，包括2座22樓A室，以及23樓A室，屬4房樓王單位，實用面積分別為2,141平方呎，以及2,153平方呎，享開揚景觀及維港海景。單位分別以1.175億元及1.1818億元成交，呎價約54,881及54,891元。據了解，其中一位買家為帝景園租客，鍾情屋苑環境舒適，地理位置優越，見單位罕有放盤，立即由租轉買。
項目拆售至今累沽6伙，帝景園由5座組成，提供408伙，早於1991年落成，樓齡近32年，新地過去一直保留2及3座作收租用途。而該屋苑過去至今備受不少城中富豪追棒，例如東亞銀行(00023)執行主席李國寶、富商劉鑾雄、莎莎（00178）主席郭少明等。
