由內地著名導演馮小剛夫婦持有的中半山富匯豪庭豪宅，上月底以1.18億元易手，新買家身份曝光，單位由本地電子產品生產商偉易達(VTech，00303)創辦人黃子欣新抱譚雅文購入，近8年來累積以2.9億元購入該屋苑3伙。
今次易手的富匯豪庭2座高層A室，單位實用面積1933平方呎，屬於4房大單位，原本由馮小剛及妻子徐帆於2010年以約5800萬元購入單位，日前則以1.18億元沽出，實用呎價約6.1萬元，呎價創屋苑新高價。
資料顯示，單位新買家譚雅文，其丈夫為偉易達太子爺黃以禮，而今次譚雅文在入市前，就將在2015年以8300萬元購入的2座高層B室，轉讓給丈夫黃以禮，「甩名」成功慳稅入市。連同黃以禮名下另一間富匯豪庭單位，兩夫妻累積以2.9億元購入該屋苑3伙。
據了解，馮小剛是內地知名導演，曾奪百花獎、金馬獎等等具份量的獎項，代表作品有其妻徐帆主演的《唐山大地震》，范冰冰主演的《我不是潘金蓮》，葛優、舒淇主演的《非誠勿擾》等。
