上述單位位於愛都大廈3座高層F室，實用面積約2,888平方呎，屬於4房間隔，連1個車位出售。據了解，單位早前叫價1.5億元，最終議價後以1.4億元出售，呎價約48,476元，創該屋苑標準分層呎價新高紀錄。從相片可見，單位室內寬闊，而且裝修新淨。
原業主為資深投資者黎金元，他於2014年10月，以1.1億元買入上址，持貨9年，是次出售單位帳面獲利約3,000萬元或27%。他過往活躍於投資市場，主要涉獵商廈、舖位。
