二手樓價連升數月，加上中港通關後豪宅市場氣氛走俏，不乏名人趁旺市出貨。市場消息透露，由內地著名導演馮小剛及其明星妻子徐帆持有的中半山富匯豪庭大單位，剛以1.18億元易手，單位實用面積1933平方呎，屬於4房大單位，望全中環商圈及維港海景，呎價高達6.1萬元。資料顯示，馮小剛及徐帆兩人早於2010年以約5800萬元購入單位，持貨13年帳面勁賺6000萬元。
資料顯示，近月富匯豪庭二手交投升溫，同座一對約20樓高的相連單位，本月初傳出近2億元易手，反映馮小剛及徐帆兩人以高市價約1成沽貨。另外，市場消息透露，由前高銀主席潘蘇通持有的富匯豪庭1座高層相連單位，近日叫價2億元放盤。
據了解，馮小剛是內地知名導演，曾奪百花獎、金馬獎等等具份量的獎項，代表作品有其妻徐帆主演的《唐山大地震》，范冰冰主演的《我不是潘金蓮》，葛優、舒淇主演的《非誠勿擾》等。

In addition, market sources revealed that the high-rise connected unit in Tower 1 of Regence Royale, held by former Goldin Chairman Pan Sutong, has recently been put on the market at an asking price of $200 million.
