通關後超級豪宅市道暢旺，由九倉及南豐合作發展的山頂MOUNT NICHOLSON，剛售出洋房12號，實用面積逾7000平方呎，售價5.77444億元，呎價82,000元。
該12號洋房樓高3層，並設有一層地庫，實用面積7042平方呎，並設有2715平方呎的私家花園，屬於MOUNT NICHOLSON 第一期的單邊位置。
據資料顯示，MOUNT NICHOLSON 第一期對上一宗成交為2019年5月，當時項目15號屋以9.16億元沽出，以單位實用面積8674平方呎計算，呎價約10.56萬元。
MOUNT NICHOLSON屬於山頂超級豪宅，過去有不少富豪入市，包括「舖王」梁紹鴻、賭王四太梁安祺的女兒何超欣、何超盈、美的集團創始人何享健兒子何劍鋒及雲鋒基金創始人虞鋒等、香江集團劉志強一家更以逾23億元購入多個單位。
