前壹傳媒CEO逾1億沽半山豪宅 勁賺逾8000萬
The former CEO of Next Media sold mid-level property for more than $100 million
中港通關後，大碼豪宅成交湧現，中半山花園台更錄得名人沽貨成交。消息指，由前壹傳媒行政總裁張嘉聲夫婦持有的花園台3座高層B室，實用面積2,828平方呎，3房連書房間隔，裝修不俗，外望開揚市區及維港海景，原連車位叫價1.08億元，新近減至以約1.03億元售出，呎價36,421元，樓價創該屋苑近2年新高。
據了解，張嘉聲夫婦早於1999年11月斥資2,250萬元買入上址，持貨逾23年，帳面獲利8,050萬元或3.6倍，賺幅近乎相等於9個鰂魚涌太古城2房單位，如太古城金星閣低層E室2房，實用面積582平方呎，本月成交價為898萬元。
據傳媒報導，張嘉聲1978年至1994年期間在雀巢公司任職，輾轉2008年加入壹傳媒，出任公司董事，並於2011年10月起調任為壹傳媒行政總裁。
花園台位於舊山頂道，由3座組成提供222伙，不乏名人業主，例如已故船王包玉剛孫媳婦歐陽卓欣，約5年斥8,500萬元購入同廈一個單位。

It is understood that Cheung Ka Sing and his wife spent $22.5 million to buy the above site as early as November 1999. They have held the goods for more than 23 years and made a book profit of $80.5 million or 3.6 times.
According to media reports, Cheung Ka Sing worked for Nestlé from 1978 to 1994, and joined Next Media in 2008 as a director of the company, and was transferred to the CEO of Next Media in October 2011.
Garden Terrace is located on Old Peak Road. It consists of 3 blocks and provides 222 units. There are many celebrity owners, such as the grandson-in-law of the late shipping magnate Yue-Kong Pao, who bought a unit in the same building for about $85 million in about 5 years.
