    前壹傳媒CEO逾1億沽半山豪宅 勁賺逾8000萬

    據了解,張嘉聲夫婦早於1999年11月斥資2,250萬元買入上址,持貨逾23年,帳面獲利8,050萬元或3.6倍,賺幅近乎相等於9個鰂魚涌太古城2房單位,如太古城金星閣低層E室2房,實用面積582平方呎,本月成交價為898萬元。
    據傳媒報導,張嘉聲1978年至1994年期間在雀巢公司任職,輾轉2008年加入壹傳媒,出任公司董事,並於2011年10月起調任為壹傳媒行政總裁。

    Garden Terrace is located on Old Peak Road. It consists of 3 blocks and provides 222 units. There are many celebrity owners, such as the grandson-in-law of the late shipping magnate Yue-Kong Pao, who bought a unit in the same building for about $85 million in about 5 years.
