資料顯示，雅柏苑二手買賣一向甚不活躍，對上一宗買賣追溯至2021年，雅柏苑C座稍高一層的1室，2021年以1.07億元易手，呎價5.1萬元當時創屋苑新高紀錄。據了解，上述單位呎價創新高個案，原業主為張國榮摯愛唐唐（唐鶴德）其於2009年以約4550萬購入，帳面獲利逾6130萬元。
