【名人入市】新地帝景園近1.2億沽 「太子黨基金」董事接貨

市場再錄名人入市個案，原由新地持有的中半山帝景園2座中層A室貨尾單位，實用面積約2141平方呎，於本月中連1個車位以近1.2億售出，呎價約5.6萬元。而市場消息透露，新買家為霍中丞（Fok Chung Shing Vincent），與私募股權投資公司博裕資本董事的中英文名字相同，預計為同一人。
值得一提的是，博裕資本由已故國家領導人江澤民孫子江志成等人創立，亦被稱為「太子黨基金」。
帝景園是不少名人的聚居地之一，包括藝人林峯、澳門前特首何厚鏵女兒何美芝、前經濟發展及勞工局局長葉澍堃等。

It is worth mentioning that Boyu Capital was founded by Alvin Jiang, the grandson of the late national leader Jiang Zemin, and others. It is also known as the "Princeling Fund".
Royal View Garden is one of the settlements of many celebrities, including artist Raymond Lam, Ho Mei Chi, daughter of former Chief Executive Ho Hau Wah of Macau, former Economic Development and Labor Secretary Stephen Ip, etc.
