騰訊五虎將1.7億買半山豪宅 回報率1.3厘

隨著口罩令解除，香港全面復常，外資機構開始重新派員駐港，帶動豪宅租務市場轉旺。市場消息透露，半山西部21 BORRETT ROAD本月連錄2宗租務成交，其中21 BORRETT ROAD 1期高層2室，實用面積2154平方呎，屬於4房間隔，連車位以月租19萬元租出，呎租88元，屬屋苑呎租新高紀錄。
資料顯示，業主為騰訊創辦人之一的曾李青（ZENG LIQING），其於2021年中以接近1.7億元購入該單位，現時租金回報約1.3厘。
至於其他豪宅租務方面，山頂白加道31號一幢洋房，實用面積3204平方呎，屬於5房間隔，並連約2200平方呎私人花園及1013平方呎天台，單位室內裝修尚算簇新，賣點是可居高臨下飽覽維港煙花景，洋房剛以月租約35萬元租出，呎租約109元。
其次，中半山堅尼地道御花園一個低層複式單位，面積共4144平方呎，屬於6房間隔，剛以月租15.8萬元租出，呎租約38元。
