新盤本月暫沽1693伙升36%
New homes temporarily sell 1693 units this month, up 36%
一手交投暢旺,新盤市場本月累錄約1693宗成交,按月上升約36%,並創過去3個月以來新高,於各大發展商中,新地售出563伙佔最多,賣樓數目居榜首,主要來自旗下天水圍WETLAND SEASONS BAY,於月內累沽521伙;緊隨其後的黃竹坑揚海,亦售457伙,撐起大市。
嘉里於本月亦售出458伙,賣樓數目居次席,主要來自該集團與信和及港鐵合作發展的黃竹坑港島南岸揚海,該項目近期銷情相當不俗,銷情頻錄報捷,於月內售出約457伙;恒基則緊隨其後,於本月售出257伙,當中以啟德THE HENLEY III售出101伙最多。
First-hand trading is booming. The new home market has recorded about 1693 transactions this month, an increase of about 36% month-on-month, and a new high in the past three months. Among major developers, SHKP sold 563 units. The number ranked first, mainly from its Tin Shui Wai WETLAND SEASONS BAY, which sold 521 units during the month; followed by Wong Chuk Hang La Marina, which also sold 457 units, to prop up the market.
Kerry also sold 458 units this month, with the second largest number of properties sold, mainly from the La Marina on the south shore of Wong Chuk Hang Hong Kong Island, which the group has developed in cooperation with Sino and MTR. The recent sales of this project are quite good, and sales are frequently recorded. About 457 units were sold within the month; Henderson followed closely with 257 units sold this month, of which the Kai Tak THE HENLEY III sold 101 units the most.
