單位原業主早於1973年以10.5萬元購入，持貨49年帳面獲利1089.5萬元，期內升值約103倍。代理透露原業主為醫院管理局前主席，即華大基因旗下、華昇診斷中心董事長胡定旭（Anthony）家族及成員。
胡定旭（Anthony）可算是城中政經界名人，2008年獲頒金紫荊星章，2010年至今出任香港總商會主席。亦是全國政協常委。現時為節目「大鳴大放」主持。
