【豪宅成交】大學閣3房平台特色戶以6500萬元沽出 呎價42,904元

華懋旗下西半山大學閣今日錄得本月份第3宗成交，合共套現約1.96億元，剛再以招標形式售出第1座1樓B單位，實用面積1,515平方呎連460平方呎平台，為3房3套間隔，成交金額6,500萬元，呎價42,904元。
據悉，大學閣截至今天為止，合共售出16伙，總成交金額約13.3億元，現僅餘少量單位待售。大學閣位於西半山旭龢道42號，提供75伙，原屬收租住宅項目，發展商2021年開始公布銷售安排，以招標形式推售單位。由開售至今，大學閣累售出15伙，總成交金額約12.7億元。

The usable area is 1,515 square feet and the platform is 460 square feet. It is a 3 ensuite bedrooms apartment with a transaction value of $65 million and a price of $42,904 per square foot.
It is reported that as of today, University Heights has sold a total of 16 units, with a total transaction value of about $1.33 billion, and only a small number of units remain for sale. University Heights is located at No. 42 Kotewall Road, Mid-Levels West. It provides 75 units. It was originally a rental housing project. The developer had announced the sales arrangement in 2021 and sell the units by tender. Since its launch, University Heights has sold 15 units, with a total transaction value of about $1.27 billion.
