二手樓市交投雖然疲弱,但無礙超豪宅買賣。土地註冊處資料顯示,由太古集團持有的山頂金馬麟山道5號豪宅地盤,剛登記以10億元易手,屬近期最大額豪宅買賣。資料顯示,金馬麟山道5號,現為3幢獨立屋,據悉,其中一幢由太古集團一名高級董事居住。早前太古就項目申請重建,於上獲批出建築圖則,准建兩幢設有地庫、樓高兩層的洋房,總樓面約10,589平方呎,以重建樓面計,成交呎價約9.4萬元,屬於市價水平。
太古集團回應指,確認出售位於山頂金馬麟山道5號的鄉郊建屋地段第326號及建於該土地上的3幢洋房。有關出售事宜符合公司減少非核心資產的發展策略,並將所得資金投資於新商機。
代理透露,新買家為HK BETTER ROOTS FUND LIMITED,公司董事為馮繼勇(FENG, JIYONG)。

The Swire Group responded that it confirmed the sale of the rural housing lot No. 326 located at No. 5 Mount Cameron Road on the Peak and the 3 houses built on the land. The sale is in line with the company's development strategy of reducing non-core assets and investing the proceeds in new business opportunities.
According to the agent, the new buyer is HK BETTER ROOTS FUND LIMITED, and the director of the company is Feng Jiyong (FENG, JIYONG).
