According to market sources, Room A on the middle floor of Block 3, Grand Garden in Repulse Bay, with a usable area of 1,239 square feet and three rooms, changed hands for $34 million, with a price of $27,441 per square foot. The original owner bought it for $9.777 million in 2001, and made a book profit of $24.223 million, an appreciation of nearly 2.5 times.
