蘇民峰妻半山豪宅6.3萬租出 租值兩年大跌3成

豪宅租金疲弱，個別名人持有的市區半山豪宅租金錄得顯著跌幅。消息指出，由星級玄學家蘇民峰妻子楊佳佳，持有的東半山詩濤花園頂層4房單位，實用面積2,189平方呎，原連車位叫租7.8萬元，新近大減至以每月6.3萬元租出，較約2年前舊租約租金約9萬元，大跌2.7萬元或3成，呎租僅28.8元。
楊佳佳早於2016年斥4,080萬元購入上述物業，但據知，該筆金額當年實際由蘇民峰支付，用作將單位贈予其愛妻，按照單位最新租金計，租金回報約1.9厘。
有代理透露，受制外資企業員工對豪宅租務需求下跌，加上上述詩濤花園單位望墳景為主，「好撞客」，因此才以較低價租出，而該單位目前同時連租約以6,300萬元放售，叫價較當年買入價高2,220萬元或54.4%。
根據資料，楊佳佳生於台灣，在南加州大學心理學系畢業，及後任模特兒，並邂逅蘇民峰。

An agent revealed that the demand for luxury rentals from employees of restricted foreign-funded enterprises has fallen. In addition, the above-mentioned Stubbs Villas unit mainly looks at the grave view, so it is rented out at a lower price, and the unit currently has a lease. It was put on sale at HK$63 million, and the asking price was HK$22.2 million or 54.4% higher than the purchase price of the year.
