據悉,原業主於2008年6月以約3,200萬元購入上述物業,是次轉手帳面獲利約2,500萬元,物業升值約78%。

It is reported that the original owner purchased the above-mentioned property in June 2008 for about $32 million, and the book profit of this transfer was about $25 million, and the property appreciated about 78%.
