薄扶林貝沙灣4期南灣5座高層A室新近沽出，單位實用面積1,798平方呎，為4房雙套連儲物室間隔，坐擁海景，為屋苑內優質放盤，故獲區內換樓客鍾情，並以5,700萬元成交，成交價創3年新低，實用呎價約為31,702元，並連車位。
據悉，原業主於2008年6月以約3,200萬元購入上述物業，是次轉手帳面獲利約2,500萬元，物業升值約78%。

It is reported that the original owner purchased the above-mentioned property in June 2008 for about $32 million, and the book profit of this transfer was about $25 million, and the property appreciated about 78%.
