豪宅租金水平仍硬淨 深灣9號雙號屋19萬元租出 創屋苑租金新高

雖然本港樓價不斷下跌，但整體租金水平仍然企穩，更有個別豪宅的租金創出新高。黃竹坑深灣9號日前有雙號屋租金創出屋苑租金新高，其實用面積2,667平方呎，設4房3套、儲物室連廁及花園，日前以19萬元租出，呎租約71.2元。
資料顯示，業主於2018年5月，以1.68億元買入單位，現租出可享租金回報約1.36厘。

According to the data, the owner bought the unit for $168 million in May 2018, and the rental yield is about 1.36% when it is rented out.
