「渣打一姐」禤惠儀2580萬沽跑馬地樂翠台豪宅 樓價創屋苑逾6年新低

新一份《施政報告》公布前夕，有財經界名人先行沽貨減磅。消息指，人稱「渣打一姐」的渣打香港行政總裁禤惠儀及相關人士，持有的跑馬地樂翠台B座低層4室，實用面積1,147平方呎，原連車位叫價3,180萬元放售，剛減至2,580萬元沽出，呎價22,493元，撇除內部轉讓，是次成交價創該屋苑逾6年新低，僅次2016年8月錄得的2,480萬元低位。
據了解，禤惠儀等早於1998年3月斥資990萬元入市，持貨逾24年，帳面獲利1,590萬元，升值1.6倍。
禤惠儀及相關人士今年初才斥5,380萬元購入南區淺水灣麗景園11座中層3房連車位，實用面積1,513平方呎，呎價35,558元，當時需支付相當樓價15%的辣稅即807萬元，而是次售出前述樂翠台單位，料可獲退稅。
位於樂活道10號的樂翠台，由2座組成，提供248伙，屋苑毗鄰區內知名豪宅比華利山等。
