市區超級豪宅錄得大額成交，市場消息指，由資本策略（00497）等持有的港島山頂道8號，最新售出第A2座頂層A室複式戶，單位實用面積3,306平方呎，另設天台連私人泳池等1,375平方呎、及325平方呎平台，成交價約4.1億元，成交呎價逾12.4萬元。
據資料，山頂道8號於2004年落成，設有2幢樓高10層的分層住宅，涉及34個分層戶及1座洋房。該項目於2015年獲資本策略等以18.25億元購入項目一手餘貨單位，並將項目翻新再推出。

The unit has a usable area of 3,306 square feet. With a rooftop of 1,375 square feet including a private swimming pool, and a platform of 325 square feet, the transaction price is about $410 million, and the transaction price per square foot is more than $124,000.
According to information, No. 8 Peak Road was completed in 2004. It consists of two 10-storeys strata residential buildings, involving 34 strata households and one bungalow. In 2015, CSI Properties and others purchased the first-hand surplus units of the project for $1.825 billion, and refurbished the project before launching it.
