    盧宏基指,買家屬於用家,鍾情單位間隔實用,屬區內名廈。原業主於2015年以1795萬元買入單位,持貨7年,帳面獲利433萬元,單位升值24%。

    Due to the interest rate hike, second-hand transactions were slow.
    The transaction unit is Room C on the lower floor of Block 2, Robinson Place, with a usable area of 1,052 square feet and a construction area of 1,266 square feet. The owner changed hands for $22.28 million, equivalent to an average usable square foot price of $21,179.
    The buyers liked the practicality of the units, and the building is a famous one in the district. The original owner bought the unit for $17.95 million in 2015, held the goods for 7 years, made a book profit of $4.33 million, and the unit appreciated by 24%.
