Invesco CEO Lo Tak Shing Andrew sold Marinella unit for $39.48M

土地註冊處資料顯示，黃竹坑深灣9號8座極低層A室，實用1341平方呎，屬於3房間隔，本月初以3948萬元售出，實呎29441元。原業主為景順高級董事總經理、亞太區行政總裁羅德城及相關人士。
資料顯示，羅德城等早於2012年以3006萬元一手購入，持貨10年，現帳面獲利942萬元，期內升值約31%。

According to the information of the Land Registry, Room A on the very low floor of Block 8, Marinella, Wong Chuk Hang, has a usable 1,341 square feet and belongs to a 3-room partition.
