【名人沽貨】日清食品第三代掌舵人安藤清隆 逾4000萬沽薄扶林豪宅 3年就離場

市況不穩，個別名人率先沽貨套現，即食麵「出前一丁」母公司日清食品（01475）集團董事長兼首席執行官安藤清隆，最新以約4,268萬元沽出薄扶林碧瑤灣一個4房單位，入市短短約3年即賣樓離場。
據消息透露，上述由日清食品第三代掌舵人安藤清隆，持有的碧瑤灣41座高層4房戶，實用面積2,079平方呎，裝修新淨，全屋苑採簡約白色主調，享海景，原連雙車位以5,000萬元放售，一度於上月降至4,500萬元，最終只連1個車位以約4,268萬元沽出，呎價20,529元。
據了解，安藤清隆於2019年7月斥資4,168萬元購入上址連2個車位，現沽出單位及其中1個車位，帳面獲利100萬元，升值2.4%。
而有代理透露，現時碧瑤灣車位市值售價約200萬元，假設安藤清隆以市價沽出餘下車位，入市約3年扣除使費恐最終微蝕離場。
日清食品屬日資知名即食麵公司，由安藤百福於60年前創立，最為港人熟悉的產品除有「出前一丁」公仔麵外，還有「合味道」杯麵等。
而安藤清隆屬公司第三代後人，根據日清食品2021年年報顯示，安藤清隆早於2009年3月加入集團，截至去年底的年薪達705.3萬元(包括基本薪金及津貼和以權益結算以股份為基礎付款)，即約6年人工即可買到上述碧瑤灣單位及車位。

He sold and left the market in just about 3 years after entering the market.
According to sources, the above-mentioned high-rise 4-bedroom unit in Block 41, Baguio Villa, held by the third-generation helm of Nissin Foods, has a usable area of 2,079 square feet. The property with double parking space was put on sale for 50 million originally, which once dropped to $45 million last month. In the end, only sold with one parking space for about $42.68 million, or $20,529 per square foot.
It is understood that Kiyotaka Ando spent $41.68 million in July 2019 to purchase two parking spaces on the above site, and now sells the unit and one of the parking spaces, with a book profit of $1 million, an appreciation of 2.4%.
An agent revealed that the current market value of the Baguio Villa parking space is about $2 million. Assuming that Ando Kiyotaka sells the remaining parking space at the market price, after entering the market for about 3 years after deducting the cost, he may eventually lose a little and leave the market.
