恒地(00012)發展的西營盤藝里坊‧2號已屆現樓，發展商剛更新價單，推出長成交期付款及先住後付優惠，其中新增「優越738」付款計劃，買家簽署臨時買賣合約時支付樓價5%，並於在簽訂臨約後360天內再支付樓價2%，餘下93%樓價可於738天內(約2年)繳付。
另外，買家可於簽訂臨約後45日至360天期內申請入住許可，但須繳付相等於樓價1%的許可費用。
