碧麗軒複式天台戶1.245億沽 創屋苑成交新高
Bisney Crest Duplex Roof House sold for $124.5 million, setting a new record for housing estate transactions

華懋薄扶林碧麗軒單位招標並錄成交，中標單位為單位10室，（連同地下停車位8號及停車位9號），位於2樓及3樓，屬複式連天台設計，實用面積為2,645 平方呎，為屋苑中面積最大的上層複式府邸，屬4套房間隔，成交價為1.245億元。截至現時，碧麗軒共招標售出6伙複式單位，共套現逾4.8億元。
華懋集團銷售部總監吳崇武表示，是次成交造價理想，集團對銷售非常有信心，相信項目將會受市場追捧，並將密切留意市場需求，而考慮招標加推下一批單位。
