上述的成交單位為7號洋房，實用面積8,032平方呎，連3,427平方呎花園、2,091平方呎天台及私人泳池，售價8.7024億元，呎價約108,347元。
根據資料顯示，買家為陳文鉅（CHAN ANDREW MAN KUI），其中英文名字均與加多寶集團旗下昆侖山礦泉水有限公司副總裁、全港抗疫義工同盟執行主席的名字相同，預計為同一人。同時，陳氏的報住地址，亦與加多寶集團董事陳鴻道等的報住地址相同，因此料為相關人士。而是次陳氏以首置身份入市。
值得一提的是，上述洋房的成交呎價創南區洋房呎價新高，成交總價則料屬今年一手新盤新高紀錄。
