近月整體樓市交投稍稍回落，不過市場上優質單位仍然備受追捧，北角慧雲峯新近錄得優質全維港海景單位成交，最新成交是北角英皇道慧雲峯中層G室，單位實用面積約943平方呎，單位屬三房主人套房加工人房設計，向北面眺望全維港海景，成交價2,150萬元，實用呎價約22,800元，單位原先叫價為2,250萬元，最終減價100萬元成交，減幅僅4.4%。
據悉單位原業主於2018年12月以約1,830萬元購入上址單位，持貨僅4年帳面獲利320萬元，期間單位升值17%。
