淺水灣道90號逾4.42億沽 提前付清樓價可獲567.8萬回贈

豪宅新盤連錄成交,長實發展的南區超級豪宅洋房項目淺水灣道90號,再沽出1伙,據成交記錄冊顯示,其5號屋以招標形式沽出,實用面積5,678平方呎,另連976平方呎平台及291平方呎花園,成交價達4.42884億,另連兩個車位,呎價7.8萬元,買家須於簽下臨時買賣合約的360日內付清樓價,若買家於簽下臨時買賣合約的180日內提前付清樓價,可獲567.8萬元的現金回贈。該盤至今累售10伙,成交價約4.42億至5.2億元,套現逾48億元。

According to the transaction record, its No. 5 house was sold by tender, with a usable area of 5,678 square meters. ft., with a platform of 976 sq. ft. and a garden of 291 sq. ft., the transaction price reached 442.884 million yuan, and two parking spaces, with a price of 78,000 yuan per sq. ft. Buyers who pay the property price in advance within 180 days of signing the provisional sale and purchase agreement can receive a cash rebate of $5.678 million.
The sale has sold 10 units so far, with a transaction price of about $442 million to $520 million, and cashed out over $4.8 billion.
