新地(00016)發展的東半山超級豪宅Central Peak，上月以貴絕全區一手住宅呎價、高達每平方呎約10.39萬元售出一個特色戶，買家身份曝光，為南豐集團榮譽主席陳慧慧的女婿蕭亦莊。
Central Peak上月售出的特色單位為Alpex III 6樓Sky Manor，實用面積2,771方呎，4房間隔，附892平方呎平台，連3個車位成交價達2.88億元，呎價高見約10.39萬元，創東半山一手呎價新高。
據知，買家為蕭亦莊(SIU YICK CHONG ERIC)，屬莊士機構（00367）榮譽主席莊紹綏外甥，兼南豐集團榮譽主席陳慧慧女婿，是次入市支付樓價4.25%印花稅即1,224萬元，反映屬首置身份買樓。
