    上林複式銀主盤勁減近2成半 6500萬沽 身價貶值逾「4球」

    近月銀主盤滾存數目高企不下,個別銀主不惜大減價出貨。代理指出,大坑上林1座高層A室複式戶,實用面積1,990平方呎,3房間隔,銀主原連雙車位叫價8,600萬元,惟最終勁減2,100萬元或24.4%,以6,500萬元沽出,呎價32,663元。
    據知,原業主於早於2014年透過公司名義斥資6,781.2萬元購入上述單位,同年再斥共120萬元購入同屋苑兩個車位,入市涉資共6,901.2萬元,是次一併易手,樓價貶值401.2萬元。
