新盤特色戶受捧，華懋旗下薄扶林豪宅項目碧麗軒，昨日售出連天台複式戶，成交價6600萬；信和西貢豪宅133 PORTOFINO亦以呎價約2萬售出特色分層戶。
碧麗軒昨日以招標方式售出19號複式戶，面積1752方呎，為3房間隔，單位連638方呎平台及76方呎天台，單位連1個車位以6600萬售出，呎價37671元。華懋集團銷售部總監吳崇武表示，是次成交造價理想，集團將密切留意市場需求，而考慮招標加推下一批單位。
已屬現樓的碧麗軒共提供21伙，包括6座洋房，面積1526至5767方呎，項目推售至今累售4伙，套現逾2.89億。
